Spinning Heart Card - Cutting Machine Edition

In this full tutorial we learn how to make this gorgeous Spinning Heart Card using your digital cutting machine, glitter and Sticky Roll! Perfect for Valentines Day or just because, it can be easily adjusted to use with other colours and mediums so you can get the look you want. This particular project is better suited for use with the Brother Scan n Cut or Silhouette Machines, but you can also do the basics with your Cricut.
