Delivery

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, and orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days.

UK Delivery

Our UK mainland delivery charges are;

1st Class Royal Mail - £2.99

If your order has not arrived after 15 days please contact us.

International Delivery

Europe - £9.99

Rest of the World - £14.99

If the actual postage charge is less than £14.99 the difference will be refunded to you.

If your country is not listed then please contact us for a quote.

 

Returns

We really hope you love your purchases from Wild Spider Designs, however if you need to return any items we are happy to offer you a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery, if you cancel your order and return the items to us within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, all goods must be in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the return postage costs, however if your item is faulty then we will refund your return postage when we process your exchange or refund.
